About
Shinrin Yoku is a Japanese science-led well-being practice meaning "forest bathing"; to bathe in natural surroundings, specifically woodland and forests. Methodology to take in nature through our senses, more deeply experiencing the health and well being benefits of natural environments.


Your walk leader
I am Ailsa, a Wood Tech teacher, by trade.
After battling with my own mental health and a hectic work life balance, I now share with others the tools which have had a profound impact on my physical and mental well-being.
A trained Shinrin Yoku leader and meditation teacher, I lead Nature Therapy activities to help others reduce the effects of stress, depression and anxiety.
